One-On-One Sessions

 

We have found over the years that some of the very best holistic healing happens during a private session.

 

The Wellness Team offers free one-on-one holistic healing sessions.  These sessions first begin with a short discussion so Brian can assess your situation. He then will make recommendations on next steps. Often the session ends with a short co-meditation session.

 

You can signup for a one-on-one session with Brian by attending one of the meditation classes or you can email us and we will pick a time that works for everyone.
